Is the church handicap accessible?

Yes, the church is fully accessible. There are no stairs to attend Mass, and handicap parking is available in both the front and on one side.

Marian Hall is across the street for social events, with classrooms above it and a ramp entrance in the back.
How can I schedule a mass intention?

Masses can be scheduled for a deceased person or individual who is ill or scheduled for surgery. Masses can also be scheduled for happy events, such as a birthday or anniversary or in thanksgiving for a blessing received. All you need to do is contact the parish office or complete one of the mass intention envelopes in the back of the church and drop it in the collection basket.

How can I get my baby baptized?

Contact Parish office to schedule the baptism and make arrangements for the required parent preparation session.

If I grew up in Fairmont, but moved away, can I still have my child baptized at Immaculate Conception? Yes, follow the pre-baptism instruction at the Catholic Church you currently attend. A pastoral minister from your present church then writes a short letter to Immaculate Conception indicating all instruction has been completed and they give permission for your child to be baptized here.

Contact the parish office at least six months in advance of a planned wedding date.

How can I schedule an anointing of the sick?

Arrangements can be made by contacting Fr. Kishore (304.532-9744), Rosemary Fantasia (304-216-2292) or the Parish Office (304.363.5796)
